How are you all doing? I’m not doing well. It’s hard to find some respite from the news. I’m struggling to find some joy every day. But my panic brain isn’t being super cooperative. I’d appreciate any strategies to combat my constant anxiety and fear. Trying not to lose hope, but it’s so damn hard

The consequences when public health is not a focus of Making America Healthy Again are catastrophic. Protecting our most vulnerable and precious people is no longer a concern of the federal government. Disgusting.
