Here is an idea someone should pitch to him: let’s have a system where the government pays the doctors and hospitals directly, no middleman and it would save everyone a ton of money.

Why do engineers think we need these things? They won’t be evil like a horror movie. But eventually it will burn down your house or chase you around with a kitchen knife, slip in blood and then kick you rapidly trying to get up as you bleed to death.
