that's what's going on here. the market really wants to keep going up, so he does something - they panic, then relax. he does something new - panic less, relax more. next thing - panic even less, relax even more.

Just to be clear: metal falling from the sky can fuck you up. My father had a metal flake from a construction site get in his eye walking past a skyscraper project. That was an ER trip and a week with an eye patch while the eyeball laceration healed all for something the size of a fleck of pepper.
