Don’t know if anyone agrees with me, but I’m thinking a person should have to pass a basic IQ, principles of government, and current events test before being allowed to vote.

Do you suppose we might have a chance with civil disobedience? Some cities, Sacramento for example, are refusing to just go about deporting people. It worked for Mahatma Gandhi.
