I thought Atomic Rockets was a pretty good place for people unfamiliar with Hard Science-Fiction concepts to start out.

Is that not the case anymore?

Do you have a place where all the lore/info of your project is compiled?

(A website, self-made wiki, blog, or even a google/word document?)

Or maybe a sort of primer document for interested newcomers?

You could abbreviate it as TET by writing it as “Ten-Thousand Empty Tombs”.

As a bonus you can refer to it as the TET which sounds pretty cool in my opinion.

I’m not sure what “kidposting” is but that’s a fair point about factions as a concept (at least when concerning states).

I just used the term since “Major factions” flows better than “Major states/polities”.

Thanks for all your help!

I have a few questions about your worldbuilding project:

What does TTT mean?

Are the Great Merchant Houses (GMH) in the same universe as this project?

Where does take place and what year is the present day at?

What are the major factions of this setting?

Thanks!
I’ve heard that Atomic Rockets is a good place to start when designing hard sci-fi ships. Do you have any recommendations?

Oh! Thanks for clarifying, sorry for the confusing reply.

My worldbuilding skews towards space stuff and nations. So I haven’t really thought about those things yet.

The Type 9 is a real document?

I don’t really have any knowledge in military/naval ship designs, terms, doctrines, etc.

This is really cool! How do you design space/starships like this?

I’m curious about the process and what resources I can use.
