I know many couples in cousin marriages, happy and healthy. Is it just the marriage that is banned or the procreation?
If marriage only then that is targeting a specific set of people and beliefs and that should be made clear.

It goes without saying the proposed cousin marriage law is not only racist, but it is also tremendously stupid.
