I know this headline sounds ridiculous and being the Telegraph it probably is, but there is a bit of an unpleasant metropolitan sneer about it. Many farms off the gas network have Agas or similar and the capital cost of a replacement oven and boiler would be huge.

I’ve no particular affection for Macron but it is lazy to say he is the least popular. Your article says he has the lowest approval rating but this is not a standardised metric i.e it does not account for the popularity of politicians in general.
