Some you have to ask yourself "Why did I even bother?" and sometimes you have a day full of it...
its a grey overcast sky. Its kind of a grey blob that has a tiny tinge of blue in it. MY goal was to draw/paint "emotionally" and well. I think i at least succeeded on that front

Norman took a toll on our team; 7 mons dropped to his Facade Slaking, but eventually we took it down with our new team (minus 1, because we had to sac to get a clean switch to KO Slaking on a loaf turn.) With all the smooth sailing as of late, we were bound for a rough patch eventually
Our "Retirement Home": Norman knocked out Arbok, Weepingbell, Magby, our starter Marshtomp, Murkrow, Tinkatuff, and Hariyama. Their time, no matter how long or short it was, will be treasured. The new team, post Norman: Seeman the Huntail makes a return, as does Soundgarden the Nuzleaf and Iced Earth the Snorunt, along with Facefisted the Machamp (acquired via Link Cable: he was the one who cleaned up Norman), Thunderhorse the Ponyta, and Fly Away the Yanmega My trainer card, shaowing off badges 1-5

Was getting a little close to the Level cap at Flannery, and changed up my team a little to have safter switch-ins against her fire types, but another faintless Gym badge
My Flannery team: Seeman the Huntail, Smooth the Magby, Nightwish the Murkrow, Morissette the Weepingbell, No Doubt the Slowpoke, and Sober the Marshtomp. Flannery defeated! The dialouge is out of context, as she is thanking you for showing her that you must be genuine, and not someone you think you have to be or that you think other people want you to be; you must be authentic with yourself and your Pokemon. She then rewards you with the Heat Badge

Brawley down, but at what cost? o7 to King Nothing, a 2x Bulk Up Crit Knock Off from Heracross would probably obliterate pretty much all Pokemon at Half HP
Brawley beaten! His funny "Gen 2" Sprite lookin all disappointed, and saying: "Whoah, wow! You made a much bigger splash than I expected!" KING NOTHING's stat page, to show that he has fainted T-T Caught on Route 116 at Lv. 6( as NidoranM), fainted against Brawley in Dewford Gym at Level 18 (as Nidorino)

Welp, since most of my plans have gone a little sideways, guess I'm just chill out with an Emerald Seaglass Nuzlocke or something. There's a joke I'd make about which starter I'd choose, but I'm probs gonna pick Mudkip everytime so :) we'll see how far we'll get

A map of a kingdom for a project I am starting. No roads are depicted, didn't want them to crowd what I think is already a bit of a busy map, especially since only "major" cities are shown. I may edit in some roads later, but its time to call it for a piece that has taken as long has it has.
An illustrated relief map of the Kingdom of Hyralot, the (historically) human kingdom that lies on the northern part of the continent of Aezax, and its neighboring kingdoms covered by clouds. Hyralot is bordered by the Rymestende, Ruckgrat, and Magahabir Mountains along its northeastern, southern and western borders. Hyralot boasts good farming ground, good ore, and a humid, temperate climate. Summers are warm, and more so with the humidity, but winter comes cold, humid, and with enough snow to match summer's rain. If one travels far enough north, snow is a constant even in summer. The only exception to this general rule is the Carmesi Desert; just out of reach of any storms that blow through the land, this desert isn't so much hot as it is barren, with freezing cold nights. The flora and fauna has adapted to this unique biome, however, and these adaptations help separate its self from the other deserts in the realm.

Of course Roaring Knight would be the first thing from Deltarune I'd draw. Have a Susie in the works, but this just kind of spilled out of me. Experimented and played around with some details to see I could make this stand out a bit, or look visually "distinct". #Deltarune
OG piece, closest to the in game sprite: No bells or whistles, just the white outline and the afterimages. Roaring Knight, with a little bit of contrast/shadow to keep it distinct from the afterimages. I think it looks nice on the face and sword, but I think I could make it subtler in some areas Roaring Knight, but with [AURA]. May try something like this in the future, where the outline kind of "shines" or "glows" because I think it makes the void black really pop. But this is a little to soft and spread out, but not too bad imo. Fully shaded and aura'd up Roaring Knight. Just a mix of several thing I experimented with, a glow and fuzzy aura with the previous shading. Does too much to cover up the afterimages to me

been radio silent for a bit, so some stuff I've worked on/been working on! A little bit sketchy, a little bit WIP, and a dash of "man idk what I'm drawing rn". Also I've been playing Deltarune recently so I guess I'll be doing some of that too
A "Pillars of Creation" inspired piece, just grabbing random brushes and colors and just going to town. In the background, behind the mass of starstuff, lies a shining pastel planetary body shining in the icy void of space. Further still are to massive anomalies share or trade energy, which was most likely inspired by an Edge of Eternities Land card art. A little head sketch of my Sword World 2.5 character, a Tabbit Conjurer/Fencer "Magic Knight" named Tapper. A young Knight-Errant to his Arcane-Chivalric order, he travels where ever danger is to offer his aid, whether it be via spell or blade. a WIP of some character concepts I am working on for a little comic thing. Hashing out some character designs out (i know some of the are covered, I did drawings of them already :3) over some poseable models, and wanted to see the heroes together as well. We have: Gallan'Thiel of the Jeweled Firmament (left), an elven arcane knight on the search for a ancient relic of her knightly order, Goroku (back center), a half-orc from a foreign land, a kinsei and a ronin, wandering for the answers to life. Andidimous (front center), a human wizard on acadeic leave to test his magical practice, and Hamyr (right), a dwarven druid of the Circle of Iron who is following the footsteps of their master, who no one has seen for many years. The pic probably looks small because of the manga page setting I used for this, if so: oops a wip of Shadow Peach from Paper Mario: TTYD. Not far from being done, just need a backgroun and some ore shading, I think, and smooth out some of the shading.

Been playing Drayano's Volt White because I never played the gen5 games growing up, and have been enjoying them. Decided to draw N because I dig his style. I like it for the most part, tried some watercolor/colored pencil shading but I wasn't vibing with it.

Art for my younger brother for his birthday. One of those "I like the foreground, hate the background" pieces. If I didn't slap something back there and send it, I would be working on this piece forever or just restarting it. I do kinda like the light brushes I used, but all in all not my best work

been playing Tunic lately and have been *loving* it, and wanted to try more experimenting with this mask layer lighting/shading. Don't really know if I really dig this, but for a 3x3 doodle/experimentation piece, eh. Guess it could be worse.

Recently beat the Crystal Legacy romhack by the SmithPlaysPokemon team. What a great time through Johto. Here's the final team, plus some honorable mentions that I used in the game. Next thing I wanna do is a complete dex, and maybe a Nuzlocke if I don't do that in the Crystal Clear romhack
A screenshot of the final team: Gojira the Tyranitar (named after the band of the same name), Jinjer the Ursaring (named after the band of the same name), DragnForce the Kingdra (named after the band of the same name, but with character limitations), Stormrider the Zapdos (named after the song by the band Iced Earth), El Scorcho the Typhlosion (named after the song by Weezer), and Chop Suey the Heracross (named after the song by the band System of a Down). Both Jinjer and Gojira were caught in dark cave, and Chop Suey in Azalea, so a lot of this team I had since early in the game. Honorable Mention: Scream the Crobat (named after the song by The Misfits). Had this guy since the early game too, did me well until I needed something with better coverage, hence the Zapdos. Love me some Crobat though. Honorable Mention: Papercut the Slowbro (named after the song by Linkin Park). Also caught early in the Slowbro well, did good by me until it felt like it could withstand enemy strength/coverage. Honorable Mention: Black Fire the Dragonite (named after the song by DragonForce). Used as my flier once I benched my Crobat, but was benched itself once I decided Zapdos and Kingdra were a better fit for my team.

Bit of a different post, another thing I sink too much time into; ttrpg maps! Made for grid based games like 5e/Pathfinder 2e or other such games for VTTs, some for games I have ran/am running, some just made because I had a itch for making maps for some conversion or system for an IP that I like,

Made for Pathfinder 2e: Kingmaker for use in Roll20/Foundry A dungeon based on the 1st dungeon from the original Legend of Zelda game, the Tunic Graveyard known as Falcon Temple, when I ran a DnD 5e LoZ conversion. Would use this for the PF2 one as well. Made with Roll20/Foundry in mind A map depicting the main portion of Viridian City from the Kanto region of the Pokemon world, for a Pokemon TTRPG I found many moons ago. Holds many of the shops, attractions, local Gym and Pokemon Center. Would love to run this, but the system seems very daunting/cumbersome and I already have so many games I wanna run X(. Made with Roll20/Foundry in mind. A cave system on Dantooine for a Star Wars 5e conversion, based on the Dantooine Caves from Knight of the Old Republic 2 game. Made with Roll20/Foundry in mind, the ground textures look a little messy/spill out of the cave walls because players arent supposed to see that with walls in place preventing movement/sight. Makes making these styles of map a little easier and faster.
