Most normal people will immediately recognize Leon’s little missive as bully tactics of the proverbial nightmare boss, one who is first and foremost, incompetent and can only threaten staff to achieve performance. Seems the perfect foil to turn the public against this rolling insanity.

Here in the heartland, people don't give a damn about what you say, how you shame them, etc.
Show them exactly how Trump's policies will hurt & affect them--and have begun--and show empathy. Welcome them in, listen, then show a better way forward.
