Exactly. We are all at risk of getting labeled as a "them", one of "those people", a "criminal", a "terrorist", or a "seditionist",... All of us.

Maybe the order generally will not be upheld, but this court will find some contorted way to exuse some portion of the EO so that erosion of Constitutional Rights continues. Everybody loses.
