I thought about it, I started working with the designer and QA, and they helped reduce the time I spent on these parts of the project.

Reddit: leave comments with project details and a link, and engage in some communication; it brings some traffic and signups.
Daily posting to Threads, BlueSky, Mastodon, X, and Peerlist: it's the main place to build community around the project.

Yes, that’s true. For example, my side project keeps me motivated - every new signup or email reminds me why I’m building. It fuels my 9–5 and freelance work too. I’m pushing harder now, but still make time for the gym (garage setup 💪) to stay balanced and recharge.
