Zelensky said Patriots will not help against Shaheds, stressing they are designed primarily for ballistic missiles. He noted the US produces about 50–60 Patriot missiles a month, while Russia launches 500–800 Shaheds daily with each interceptor costing millions versus a drone at $100k.

The UK will produce Ukrainian-designed interceptor drones under a new deal signed by Ukraine’s Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal and his British counterpart John Healey. The first 1,000 drones will be manufactured and delivered to Ukraine, expanding a system already proven effective against Shaheds.

Grmny started transferring complete Patriot systems to Ukraine, Defense Minister confirmed at the Ramstein meeting in London. The first launchers are delivered with Norway covering half the cost. Together with the US Berlin says this will speed up Patriot replacements and boost Ukraine’s air defense

Canada will deliver 50 ACSV armored vehicles to Ukraine by the end of the year, Defense Minister McGuinty confirmed. Eight have already reached Poland and are en route to Ukraine, with the remaining 42 to be handed over by late 2025.

Satellite imagery shows ongoing repairs at the Deng Xiaoping logistics complex in Yelabuga after Ukrainian drone strikes in August. Damaged roof sections have been removed but remain unrepaired. It is also used to store Shaheds and decoys before distribution to launch sites.

A third strike in occupied Donetsk tonight was geolocated by Dnipro Osint: A Russian command post of the 20th Guards Motor Rifle Division was struck by a drone, located on the grounds of a metallurgical plant.

On this day in 2022, Ukraine launched its Kharkiv counteroffensive. In just one month, over 10,000 square kilometers and more than 500 settlements in Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions were liberated. It can be done again, elsewhere.
