Once again, this is why the Democrats not having a charismatic forward thinking omnipresent leader is killing us. In 2015 Trump came down that escalator and acted like he was already President, and never stopped, even during the years 2021 - 2024. No Democrat has that mindset and that commitment.

Well, my wish would be for a woman POTUS, but this country is too immature and misogynistic at present time to elect one. I don't agree with her on all things, but I think Liz Cheney would make a great President. I like AOC and Jasmine Crockett too, but they would never bring in Trumplican voters.

Biden made several speeches in 2024 to different groups about how crucial it is to save Democracy and how Trump would set out to destroy it. At least 80 million Americans didn't care and voted for Trump. That's the country we live in, and yes, the Dems need a charismatic leader to step up and lead.
