I also want to record that Russian army shelled with artillery the Ukrainian emergency workers evacuating elderly people and people with disabilities while those were on the boats. I just can’t comprehend how can such evil exist in the world.

I just want to record in every possible social network that none of large international organizations come to help Ukrainians suffering from flood because of Russia blowing up Kakhovka dam. No Red Cross, no UN or its numerous sub-divisions, just Ukr emergency workers and Ukr and foreign volunteers.
