It’s called Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai by Kou Yoneda! Basically a yakuza story and the main character is a sex addict. It has more mature themes so I think it can be considered a Seinen, so it covers trauma and organized crime in a relatively respectful way. Smut thru and thru though 😅
