NSF GRFP is out 2.5 months late w/key changes

1. 2nd year graduate students not eligible.

2. "alignment with Administration priorities"

3. Unlike prior years, they DO NOT specify the expected number of awards... that is a BIG problem.

The #NSFGRFP solicitation is out. Deadlines are pushed to Nov. 10, 12, 13, 14. However, 2ND-YEAR GRADUATE STUDENTS ARE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE. This is unfair to those who delayed applying or who withdrew last year due to missing letters (please contact me if this is you).
