💙 Hello, I'm Oliver, a chronically ill and queer artist and writer based in the UK.

I'm inspired a lot by classical art, fantasy and my identity, and paint in a soft realism style. I also educate on disability.

Sometimes 18+, mainly pin-ups and kink. I create both originals and fanart; see below!

In case you're wondering how that's possible, this is a calculation based on how long people who are referred now, with no changes made to the GIC, would wait.

I really implore British people looking to transition to see if moving is possible. Absolutely not worth being referred to some GICs.

Still not really over learning that updated figures show that the average wait time for a first gender clinic appointment in the UK is 25 years, and longest clinic time now is...227 years 🙃 This is also only for a first appointment, usually you need several to actually access medical transition.

Yes possibly, it's not for everyone I don't think! And coming from someone with chronic fatigue, you can absolutely feel too exhausted to fall asleep. I think it's also best for those who have chronic insomnia (at least 3 nights a week for 3+ months is considered chronic).

During the night after a BDSM session, Sylvain cannot sleep, plagued with guilt and a heavy heart. Felix is there to comfort and reassure him.

There is no roll of Felix's eyes when the guilt is mentioned. This is far from the first time Sylvain has felt it over their relationship, and it likely won't be the last. Still, Felix is patient. He knows it's one of those insecurities—doubts—that buries so deep, there might always be a fragment of it waiting beneath the surface and comes to life once in a while. He has his own.

Felix takes hold of Sylvain’s hand. His thumb caresses the back of it. “You don’t have to be guilty. Not if I consent and want it.”

“I know. It’s just,” Sylvain laughs, almost awkward, as though trauma is something that requires it. “You know how it goes by now.”
