A Rochester man pleaded guilty to 2 of the 29 charges relating to wire fraud & money laundering. Brava Restaurant in Rochester received $4.3M in funds for a children's food program.

The funds were instead spent on personal expenses, like MN homes, vehicles and property in Turkey.

According to the lawsuit alleging medical malpractice and negligent nondisclosure, the 13-year-old girl "walked into Mayo Clinic but rolled out in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the waist down" after a three-stage surgery in February 2024.

A 13-year-old girl was reportedly walking on a highway.

She had been abducted by two men around 5:30 a.m. Saturday. They pushed her out of a moving vehicle eight hours later.

Bill Gum Benjamin, 20, is charged with financial exploitation of a man with autism. He allegedly stole over $40,000 from him over the last year.

Connor Bowman, the man accused of poisoning his wife Betty with a medicine used to treat gout, appeared in court Monday morning.

Both parties discussed whether the defense investigator's testimony would be admissible in court.

After the judge sentenced Johnston, his girlfriend yelled, "I love you, babe. You don't deserve this. F*** these people."

When the judge told her she was in direct contempt of court and would go to jail for 30 days, she said, "F*** you, b****."

Johnston was sentenced to over 4 years in prison.

The investigation into last night's shooting is open & active as police continue to look for suspects involved.

In last night's release, Rochester PD said the incident did not "appear to be random."

This marks the 4th homicide investigation in Rochester this year.
