GM here - all time favourite was doing coffee training. Picked up jug marked ‘Milk Only’ to demonstrate steaming milk and got asked why there was another different coloured jug (for none milk products - labelled). Threw it open to the group - teenager sighed and said ‘for tea of course’ 😱
