It's [1,2,3,4] because in Python, lists are reference data types meaning we don't get exact copy of a list but just a reference to it.

Its true that Windows 11 still has a lot of fixes to be done. In my opinion, Windows 10 is far more stable that its successor. I'm sure if you migrate to Linux (ofcourse you would struggle for a couple of weeks) but rest assured, once settled you won't think of going back to Windows! 😌
