It's a bit of a subjective question! Yazi is very fast (and very pretty), and it has some features I'd love to see in SuperFile. But for me, personally I prefer SuperFile as it can do multi-pane browsing, has a more spacious layout, a sidebar, pinning, and isn't quite so frenetic!

From user reports, the battery drain is because the on-device 'inferencing' to analyse tabs for semantic relevance keeps kicking in in the background (even when not being asked to group tabs), and it causes CPU spikes, which calls for more power, which is using up battery power faster. AIUI.
