You're talking about a totally different service. The system we were talking about was SNAP and Section 8.

Who are these so many women? 20 year olds? I am not sure anyone can survive right now without working unless you're living with a caretaker of some sort.

When Trump was in office the first time they changed the reporting rules to once a year. From there I think every state shifted a bit. Something ain't right about it all for sure.
