I looked around and here's the sort of job titles/terms I could find

“Service Coordinator – IDD”

“IDD Case Manager / Coordinator”

“Waiver Service Coordinator (HCS/TxHmL)”

“Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Services Coordinator”

then yknow make sure they're in your county etc

the jobs seem to have different names across states though. in texas they seem to still call them case management, so i'd poke around there.

frankly if you think your spanish is good enough that's an easy enough in for a bilingual role

Well I got my job (as an intake coordinator) through largely my work experience. I do have a master's degree (in history so not really relevant), but I was a sub teacher and worked in a group home for a year. its more a skillset thing. i don't have any direct certs/licenses

it does seem like your job has been getting worse. i know its not a "real" option but it might be worth looking into other things if you're able. I'd recommend social work personally. i wfh/travel to client homes. i know its a growing industry too.

Okay seriously this is the second short story that provides the smallest of lipservice to Yyasulani and it's peoples being devastated by the fusion. Is this some writer *trying* to address that point or what?

Oh god this is like Trail of Tears survivors lamenting how their connection to the ancestors has been severed by being displaced. I'm sure SE will be interested in exploring and respecting this dynamic.

game seems idk scared of political violence. are you not telling me someone would not become radicalized or depressed due to the removal of natural light? a thing we know happens in real life?

You would think a game that generally takes a hard stance against such perversions of nature (as they do with the soul usage) would have anyone lament the land being turned into a lightning blasted hellhole. cause they depict alexandria as noble for taking the yyasulani peoples in.

From my understanding its a fairly common thing in Square Enix and Japanese companies as a whole. People are promoted to supervisory roles, this was the case with Maehiro before going onto 16 I believe. Is it a sound strategy? Probably not but it happens for a reason. Maybe helps retain talent

this is a bad habit i have. i start many games but really need to force myself to complete them. coincidentally *i* have to finish signalis and disco. my issue is i know in disco I'm going to save scum and not let stuff fall as it may

They're definitely struggling with their development load. I'm curious if they'll still maintain variant dungeons or they're cut for the expansion.
