I really like the idea of Bluesky, but the Twitter-like format does not encourage the community I am looking for.

Yesterday I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy paid for, largely, by Medicare.

The hospital would have helped me if I couldn't afford the copay.

I am deeply appreciative and want a program like this (or better) for everyone.

We need to preserve Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and other basic programs that are part of our social contract.

No tax cuts for the wealthy.

No increase to the national debt without keeping programs for the poor and the middle class.

Making kits for felt Easter eggs with fanciful buttons to share with families at community events in April!
Nice to be ready ahead of time.
Glad to be preparing fun activities in a time of uncertainty.

Appreciating the lovely nurses who helped me at the clinic today.

Appreciating the expensive I junctions that help me breathe more easily.

How am I coping.

I participated in a shamanic weekend with the Four Winds Society

Saw my doctor about some health issues

Played tabletop games

And watched a National Geographic documentary about wildlife in And around Patagonia

It is clear that Trump doesn't even understand everything in his executive orders.

He doesn't read.

I am moved by my fellow Americans who are protesting the administration and the egregious actions of Musk and his minions.

Today. I sing a Song of Freedom, a song for everyone all over the world.

Today. I am grateful for my primary care doctor, Elisabeth Ware, who made time for a Zoom appointment on short notice, prescribed me prednisone for my asthma flare and an antibiotic. And who arranged for me to get a chest xray.

No pneumonia! And I am breathing more easily already!
