I appreciate being included in their goal to encourage a friend and the chance to make something for them, since they have encouraged me through some rough times over the years. I know I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating... Everyone can make a difference for students and/or their families.

I have a kid in high school and one in college, and they despise AI. They also don't think much of anyone who uses it, which has caused some friction when teachers have.

It was almost a constant fight with leaves blowing back over our area and having to clean them off again. At one point, my kid said, “This is when I feel like Sisyphus.” 😂

If you go read her post, you'll see that the drawing is not quite a quote, but it is absolutely inspired by her work. I appreciate that she can put my feelings into words when I can't and that she gave me the okay to chalk it.

There is a second drawing that is my favorite, but I'm going to leave that as a surprise for those who attend tomorrow. (I'm also hoping to get a better picture of it in daylight.)
