Today’s show was my last at CNN. My closing message: It’s never a good time to bow down to a tyrant… don’t give in to the lies. Don’t give in to fear. Hold on to the truth… and hope.

Trying to walk that delicate line between “being an informed citizen” and “being traumatized when opening the news app”, I blocked extreme right- AND left-leaning news outlets from my feed. What are y’all doing to keep sane without completely isolating yourself from the world?
