🌱 Planning for the future starts with a strong budget! Councils: now is the time to start thinking about how you will allocate funds for planning activities.

The loss of the Neighbourhood Plan grant, and changes to appeals mean knowing when to ask for expert advice is more important than ever.

One of the ONH office delights is the clear dark sky views over the Cotswolds. Venus and other planets have been visible over the last few days with the naked eye. Not a bad start to the New Year.
(And, yes, if you have ever wanted to write 'dark skies' planning policies we can help you with this.)

This year has been an industrious one for the ONH team, working hard with our community clients to create positive change in their areas. We are also proud to include our escape room victory during the Christmas celebration in our list of achievements in planning and teamwork for 2024!

Steyning in Sussex won the prize last week for the most twittens - narrow paths between hedges or walls - on a site visit. This charming town has a rich variety of local history, since at least the 8th century.
ONH will be creating a Design Code for Steyning: www.oneillhomer.co.uk/design-codes
