Read that the Republicans in the Senate are talking about ending the shutdown stalemate by invoking the "nuclear" option. Please don't use that term w/ a president who may think that this literally means using nuclear weapons.

Here a TV ad you won't see: 10s of thousands of people braved the hellhole of Chicago to watch a baseball game. Thousands more came to watched a basketball game. All the while, the TX national guard hung out in the suburbs training to assault its citizens. This is not normal.

TV ad I have not seen: If your flight is delayed or cancelled remember 2 things: 1. The Republican party controls the White House, the Senate and the Hs of Representatives. They own the shutdown, & 2. Republicans fought to assure you have no rights when it comes to flight delays and cancellations.

SOCIALISM ALERT: The administration plans to give $$ from tariffs to farmers. Just bail them out even if they are rich, like we have always done. So, they don't grow crops that can be used to feed poor children, but we give $$ to farmers because they can't sell their crops for a profit, right?

Has anyone created a book of the stupidest things he has said/written, like the shark or electrocution dilemma, windmills cause cancer, flushing the toilet 10 times and on and on? Not sure why, but it seems important to archive these things.

@jaketapper.bsky.social Just thought of this. How about a book about the dementia of the current White House resident? It's in plain sight. You don't really need to do any research or interviews. It might be a book that really matters.
