Someone else said that we're used to Trump being condescending to women and being sexist in a lot of ways, but this kind of flat, teenage, angry misogyny is actually kind of unusual for him.

Its been bothering me too and I think this almost gets at why (though not 100% settled on it).

Okay but for real how do I do this because the pic on the left actually looks really good

Would love you to make a video about how viruses cause cancer. I don't know much about it.

Would you rather have the brain of a fish and the body of a llama or the brain of a llama and the body of a fish?

Yo this app is dope. I didn't bother installing it until now (had only heard about it in passing) but it's great. Love the level of customisation.

Wasn't aware of this! Thank you!

Do you have any other favourite sentences?

It may have been more constructive to inform Hank about what you're saying here (he might not know!) or ask him about the decisions he made before the very weighted comment about his character.

Also, while I don't know enough to challenge your criticism of Hank, it's very simple-minded to think Hank is either 'different to the rest' or 'just like everyone else'. He's neither and this makes it sound like you're condemning him entirely purely for (what might be) questionable decisions.

Can you share more info on this? First I've heard of it (I have a Substack and would be keen to know more!)

Oh, my issue isn't using dark humour. It was just the... overall vibe. It might be a me thing.

I think you might have got the vibe wrong, here.

The British, barely audible "oop" when you bump into somebody is a classic.

Can someone explain: what is the consequence of being in the playoffs or not?

Would it be possible to start every post with "Vroom vroom" please

Always figured you were a left wing capitalist with Leftist sympathies.

I don't know if you've seen a Rocktopus, but I got this for my friend and it's A++ for lots of reasons (mostly the mesmerising way the tentacles move when you spin it). You can get them on Etsy.

John how could you let this happen
March 12, 2025 at 9:47 PM
Hey, by chance did you ever find a solution to the tiny wordmark problem? It's driving me mad because I can see other peoples' are bigger!

Wait, is your office in a separate building to your house?!

"Web site" instead of "website" is very John Green coded

Oh! Also! Nothing shoots nostalgia into my veins faster than hearing the music and sound effects to SimCity3000. Me and my dad got through so many hundreds of hours on that game together back in the day. It's not actually that enjoyable for me to play now (it's very hard work lmao) but is nostalgic.

I downloaded Age of Empires (the first one) and played it for the first time in over 15 years the other day. Immediately gave me the nostalgia hit.

But also: the old Indiana Jones games.
