Its prob a build up of sludge over years who knows. Mechanical parts and all, they gunna go eventually.

I think the switch valve after the pump went once and it made the radiators hot when you had a shower, but aside from that no trouble.

ermm why get a life when you get extended warranty on all parts and a home call out service with fixed fee when out of warranty??? this baby has never let me down other than one or two washers leaking from age. Sadly its coming to EOL.
