Good luck! You really need a regular tiller if you are breaking new ground. That little guy is more for tilling weeds between rows in the garage I think.

I think a licence suspension/revocation depending on the the circumstances. More importantly, the fine/penalty should be directly correlated to the offender’s income. Much fairer way to do this. I believe at least one Scandinavian country takes this approach.
