If he goes to a traditional gym what equipment is he hitting and what body sections is he hitting weekly. (lats, delts, quads, etc)

That's such a fun concept. Would this mean that shaving nicks, paper cuts, and other harmless cuts would've caused a fight reaction during his earlier times of developing? Or was it just needles and other puncture type forms of pain?
