Again, no disrespect to her, she one of my primary sources of what's going on in this country, and I agree with her on most points and I understand her reasoning for why she doesn't exactly blame the 128 Dems who voted against impeachment, I just can't reconcile that one thing

-even if u KNOW it's not going anywhere? If we're not supposed to concede in advance, why wouldn't they get together and still vote in favor of it?
If I'm missing something, please do let me know but when I think of it like that, it STILL feels like an egregious act of complacency

-takes precedent over any security installed (perhaps via a supreme Court ordered warrant for elected officials' arrest) that has to be signed by the other 2 branches to make sure it's official) when it's time to perform an arrest

-who've looked at the history of "impeached" presidents and noticed none of them have been seriously charged and tried.
This idea takes inspiration from what happened in South Korea at the beginning of this year
The only part from that I'd change is ensure this special law enforcement-

1. give an enforcement mechanism to the judicial and legislative branches to preserve checks and balances should we have another president that wants to ignore the boundaries of what's allowed to them
