What would happen if we all did this with our personal un-donate-able clothing waste? Just buried them here like the honored dead. Would our landfills overflow? Would we finally try to slow the stream of synthetic fiber garments pouring into our closets? A girl can dream.

So today, I threw them in the trash. Right into my garbage bin lined with a plastic bag in the kitchen. It felt wrong, but why? The filled bag will become a brick in a landfill here in Portland. No shipping, no polluting someone else's country or economy. Just in the ground, right here, forever.

The overseas shipping of trash is obviously horrible for the planet. I could cut them up for rags but I have SO many already. I could use one of the new textile recycling companies, but those come with their own carbon footprint from shipping and waste. Would they even be turned into anything good?

Definitely try taking the little chip off the used up dump roll and putting it in an off brand roll - it will work but only for so long. Also make sure your spool holder is clicked as absolutely tight as it will go, and that you feed the label in at the very edge (to your left), it helps with jams.

Ooh! I have one of your tees with this print on it, and I get SO MANY compliments on it, especially from dudes (?🤷♀️). It's one of my favorite shirts! 🥰

Ive got a big colorful one upstairs next to the radio wall, and a new one in the center aisle upstairs w/wood walls and lots of yellow trinkets. Both shared with friends, it's a fun place 🥰
