We cool with it. I would not trust a qualitative researcher who claimed their research was unfalsifiable.

We tend to rely on transparency and triangulating multiple data sources, so that someone else can follow your protocols and trust your findings. But they will never be able to reproduce the exact same findings, because they are not you. Validity is not the same as being falsifiable.

Qualitative methods use interpretive methods, you and I will inevitably have different interpretations of the same qualitative data set. We do our best to be transparent about how we collect and analyze our data, as well as our limitations. We strive for validity and rigor, not universal truths.
