Post stroke Andy is like being drunk all the time but remembering everything and it not being fun. It's actually work to getting around. I'm not complaining, every thing I do gives me a sense of achievement. It kind of like finding a part of myself that I lost over time.

I know I am late to the party but Shogun is good so far (just finished Ep 3). It's not the old Shogun but it's surprising. 😊

Doctor appointment yesterday was overall good, A1C was 5.5 so I am still taking metformin but reducing to once a day and not twice, never on insulin so I am a good diabetic? Still on blood pressure meds which is fine and I am walking a couple of miles daily. 😊
