Clip Studio or Krita? Clip Studio is solid as a rock. Best tool out there. Far from perfect but miles ahead of Photoshop. Unless you are on a tablet then Procreate is the only option. Clip Studio is jenky on a tablet.

Krita is finicky as hell but I'd still take it over Photoshop and the GIMP.

Clip Studio is the only thing holding me back from completely switching. I do have a really old laptop running Linux that I use as a daily driver for everything else.

It is wild that in the final season (last year) they managed to explain how they got to the world shown in SPD. Nifty way to end the series.

I keep a separate CSP file of example word balloons and text. I'll copy and past those onto the illustration I'm working on. It is a bit easier than starting from scratch and keeps text consistent.

I never named any of these characters but the cat is effectively the prototype for the main character of my comic (the one that isn't a clown). The audience's put upon POV character who is embarrassed by the shenanigans of the other characters but actually likes all of it.

The underwear pull with the toes fill me with delight in a way I can't express. I love it so much.

That said, the cheese and cookie goblins are also just peek comedy. They are the best.

I've cycled out older art because it doesn't represent what I do anymore but lets bring back some OCs from the past that helped me figure out where I'm going.
