Used a cup of my homemade pumpkin puree to make a pumpkin cranberry cake. Currently in the oven, so let's hope it comes out well!

Today is let's cook a massive pumpkin day. First half is going to be turned into puree. Seasoned it with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Second half is seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Pumpkin guts are being turned into broth. Seeds being saved for roasting later.

The Oktoberfest food at Carowinds was so bad. They should be ashamed to be serving this slop to their customers. The chicken schnitzel didn't look anything like the advertised photo (they didn't even have the same slaw available, which was the reason I ordered this). I've had better frozen patties.

Not perfect, but I wanted to doodle something for Halloween. Nuriko wearing Hotohori's clothes. Some areas got really messed up, since the kiddo kept grabbing my arm.

Forgot to post the finished soup 😂 I used udon noodles, since I'm low on noodle variety. Not the most appetizing photo, but it was very flavorful and refreshing.
