My orchid is going to have blooms and it looks like the little kodama is staring in wonder at it. 😄

I embarked upon a journey exploring the Buddha's Hand citron fruit. This strange alien-looking fruit had been candied & homed to a pretty little jar. I count this as a delicious win & will enjoy occasionally dipping into this jar for a little tongue tingle of citrusy lemon flavor with floral notes.

I played in the kitchen today and this is a first... I cut up Buddha's fingers and candied it. Yum!
