Your experience of EBSCO Discovery Service is unacceptable, but EBSCO isn't well described as a tech company.

Part of the reason the UX needs improvement is because EBSCO is a bit of a David that has (so far) resisted capture by really ugly Goliaths, or as Sarah Lamdan described them, Data Cartels.
