every voice needs to be considered in the power dynamics. CEO to intern. if you don't go this direction you're not making decisions in the best interest of the group.

without disagreement the default state will be *mediocrity* ideas are strengthened by being challenged

constructive and respectful disagreement SHOULD be encouraged and UPLIFTED. the most creative solutions will ONLY be reached by standing on business (10 toes down on your idea).

the most efficient teams only ever reach consensus by conversation and being deeply true to their perspective

consensus is defined as a general agreeing, a sense of harmony

the best way to do the work is to have a sense of clarity that everyone can have consensus on

team morale creates a different type of energy toward the work
