I’ve read two articles today that are either wrong on a basic point of fact or confusing as hell to read from normally ok publications.
Lede to a NJ.com article that reads “New Jersey foodies are used to seeing our restaurants looped into New York City roundups. But a Garden State eatery getting mentioned on a Philadelphia list? That's a new one.” Despite South Jersey restaurants almost constantly making it on Philadelphia best of lists… Article from TheStreet titled: “McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's rival closing more restaurants” With subtitle: “The burger chain has closed 100s of locations and continues to close more” Date: Dec 6, 2025 4:52 PM EST This article is about Hardees but this headline is bizarre.
