So Trump wants to reopen a prison that's been shutdown for 60+ yrs. Let's see cost to refurbish, modernize, and eventually staff would take longer than his remaining time in office to do. Plus the fact that the National Park brought in $60 million in last yr. Another utterly foolish idea.

So to relieve the tax burden on small businesses they are going to leave the tariffs in place, hopefully lower taxes AND pay for multi billion dollar companies to build? Isn't that going to significantly expand the budget deficit? Does anyone know economics at the White House?

Ok, if I may the A10 and the F15 are not the same kind of military platforms. The A10 was developed for a specific purpose. It is a close support and anti-armor aircraft. The F15 is an air superiority aircraft. But he knows more than the generals.

I thought the reasons for auto, steel, and aluminum, and tariffs in general, were to bring manufacturing jobs back. Why doesn't he just come out and say what it's really about; stock manipulation. None of the moves made actually help US manufacturing or citizens.

As a truck driver this is an issue on the state level on the most part, somewhat less on the local. The federal level i guess would be points of entry. But, how much commerce will be able to pass thru borders if a French Canadian or Mexican national tries to cross thru border and turned around

The reason the number of children affected with autism is that more people don't feel the stigma associated with it. When RFK Jr was a kid people hid their children or denied a problem. Most parents would rather help their children than say my kid is fine.

So how does that help the trade deficit? A $50 billion dollar company to cover a $295 billion deficit? This goes to show that Trump is as crooked as a sidewalk crack. I guarantee he has a backdoor into purchase. So after tiktok purchase what guarantee doez China have he will only reduce them.

If tariffs bring in revenue(paid by US corps) to increase US manufacturing, then until manufacturing ramps up there will be higher cost or shortages , or both. Either they import and raise cost till manufacturing begins. Which cost will remain high because of payroll and manufacturing cost. OR
