Hi! Fellow 苦瓜 fan here. I was wondering if you did anything to curb some of the bitterness first like soak it in vinegar or cook it with citrus? I am not able to handle the 100% bitter blast when I cook it myself usually, so I’m wondering if I’m not cooking it long enough
