I will say, don’t go harassing them. As much as this situation has annoyed me I’m not trying to start mobs or bully anyone, I just want a conclusion to all of this.

I have tried to initiate a chargeback after all this time but PayPal doesn’t allow those after 180 days. So, until then I feel I have wasted my 65$ on a private comm that I will never receive, but my DMs are open if they wanna talk. Didn’t want to write this but it has to be said

That too went ignored, I even sent them a chat request on discord, a direct source to talk to someone unimpeded by Twitter bugs and issues, never returned, never messaged. I should also add every message from before was checked as read and I see new arts posted regularly

My friend warned me that DMs could be buggy and that I should reach out in other places, I didn’t want to be public about it but I had no real option and reached out on a public post. The comment is still up on their Twitter and you can find it on their post now

Continuing to reach out with 0 responses I was getting anxious but didn’t want to refund cause posts around the time of asking talked about how they were tight on money. Eventually after being ignored for so long I asked directly for a refund, also ignored

I gave them a few months to work and did a check up when it took a while, no rushing but just a light tap to talk about it. Another few months and another check with an issue with the posing, something that if giving enough trouble we could discuss. Then we begin the ghosting

Started like normal, I inquired, sent my references and idea and we agreed. I payed my due tab and got a base line sketch take note of the dates and the mentions that this is not my first private order from them, that one delivered at a decent pace
