It's weird because I'm pretty sure it's been going on since before Thanksgiving, or at least something has. Could be multiple things, but whatever is happening has just steadily ratcheted up over that time.

I ended up kicking myself out of the bed and to the couch last night so I wouldn't keep my wife up. We'll see how tonight goes. Definitely worst overnight at this point. I did stay home to nap a bit today, so hopefully that helps. 🤞
