Call it “car culture” for a reason. Think of all the other ways culture is bound up in its presentation in games. There’s always something there to think about.

Good demonstration of how to read into a game like GT. Where there are cars and locations, attention to presentation, and quotes from directors, it’s seems easy to surface culture. Yet GT is also the kind of game that I feel is routinely thought of as resistant to critique.
