2025 was a milestone-filled year for the development of Weavers Grove, including 23 new Habitat homeowners, Garman Homes completion of all 4 single-family homes, & the first of White Oak Properties’ three condo buildings officially completed.

The best gift this holiday season could be a trip for next summer! Orange Habitat will travel to Malawi for the first time as part of Habitat for Humanity’s Global Village program next summer. The trip will take place June 19–28, 2026, in Lilongwe, Malawi.

The Project Management team was formed to meet a clear need. With homes in multiple neighborhoods under construction, Orange Habitat needed someone dedicated to coordinating site support, purchasing, scheduling, and subcontractors from the office.

School is back in session at UNC Chapel Hill & football season has officially kicked off! We were honored to be part of the home opener last night, highlighting the volunteer time the football team has spent on our construction site. We can't wait to keep cheering on the Tar Heels all Fall long! 🏈
