This is true even in pretty homogenous regions of the US. New Hampshire is like a deep red weirdo in the middle of a mostly liberal region. It's hysterical to watch what stupid stuff they do up in those parts. New England is such a weird place.

This is something that even musicians do. I've started writing stuff only to look at instruments I currently own and say "Hey, what if I added THIS?" and then just attached some weirdo magnet nonsense.

I wouldn't mention the Danny Devito statue you keep in your basement. That doesn't seem like a necessary disclosure.

This is something I look for in musicians, actually. Especially if we're playing covers. Yeah you can do the straight putt but what's the additional rub? How can we take a classic and make it uniquely us?

Even better with written stuff. Let's try the weird thing. Just go full hog.

to add, I did get like a B+ on it but mostly because my prose was a mess. I cannot properly quantify just how high I was when I turned that sucker in.
