I expect that you will withhold your vote to fund the government this month until the extraordinarily excessive funding from HR1 is removed from the DHS budget. And then continue to push for ICE and CBP to be abolished. They are beyond “reform”

You’re absolutely right. And: this move to undermine the rules-based international order appears designed to support Putin’s spheres of influence agenda, to our and everyone else’s obvious detriment. I hope you will work actively toward impeachment. Our safety depends on it.
